Official Contest Rules

THESE RULES ARE THE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “CONTESTS”, EACH A “CONTEST”) ADMINISTERED BY LENDDIRECT CORP. CONTESTANTS MUST BE A RESIDENT OF ONTARIO, ALBERTA, SASKATCHEWAN, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR, NOVA SCOTIA or NEW BRUNSWICK AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF CANADA, AND SUBJECT TO ALL CANADIAN FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, MUNICIPAL AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID IN WHOLE OR IN PART WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ENTRY IN THE CONTESTS CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES (THE “CONTEST RULES”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor: LendDirect Corp. (“LendDirect”).

2. Administrator: LendDirect Corp., 4-2880 Queen Street East, Suite #316 Brampton, ON.

3. Contest Period: The Contest begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 10, 2026 and ends on August 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (“Contest Period”). The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest, and select a winner from previously received applicable eligible entries.

4. Eligibility: Open to residents of Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland and Labrador who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor or Administrator and their respective related companies and agents, as well as immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each are not eligible to enter. Participation constitutes contestant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Contest Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Contest Rules. The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contests. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of operating and administering the Contests must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any contestant should such a contestant at any time during the Contest Period, supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

5. How to Enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. To enter, existing and new customers are to visit a participating LendDirect location or call 1-877-526-6639, provide a valid name, phone number, and email address.

Non-customers that wish to enter may do so by visiting a participating LendDirect location or call 1-877-526-6639 and provide a valid name, phone number, and email address. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, unintelligible, invalid, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per draw. Entrants will be entered for the draw from date of entry. Call in entrants will be entered into the draw of their nearest branch unless otherwise stated.

6. Drawing for Winner: On August 17, 2026, LendDirect will select two (2) contestants per participating LendDirect branch by a random draw from all eligible entries received during contest period. Each contestant shall be eligible to win only one (1) prize from date of entry. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of

The selected winners will be contacted by email and telephone within five (5) business days of the draw date. If a selected winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the draw date, the selected winner will be disqualified and another contestant will be randomly selected until such time as contact is made by email or telephone with a winning contestant or until there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected contestant.

7. Prizes: The contest prize shall consist of two hundred twenty-two (222) $50 prizes. Two (2) prizes per participating LendDirect branch.

The Sponsor or its representatives will arrange for the winner to be contacted to arrange an in-person appointment, at a mutually agreeable time, with a representative from LendDirect to arrange delivery of the prize. Winner must provide valid government issued photo identification to collect the prize.

8. Skill Testing Question: In order to be declared the confirmed winner of the drawing, the selected contestant must, in addition to meeting the Contest eligibility criteria and otherwise complying with these Contest Rules, correctly answer, in person, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question without assistance of any kind, whether electronic or otherwise, and sign and return within five (5) business days of notification by mail, email, or in person, a Declaration and Release prepared by the Sponsor which, among other things:

i) confirms compliance with these Contest Rules;

ii) acknowledges acceptance of the prize, as awarded;

iii) releases the Sponsors/Administrators from any liability and damage which could arise out of or in any way relate to the Contest and from the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize;

iv) allows the Sponsors/Administrators to use, reproduce and/or publish in any related publicity, his/her name, photograph, image, likeness, biographical information, any statements made regarding a prize, place of residence, and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity and in any manner and in any medium (including the Internet), without any compensation or further attribution or notification.

If the selected contestant:

i) does not correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question in the time and manner prescribed;

ii) fails to return the properly executed Declaration and Release within the specified time;

iii) cannot accept the prize for any reason; or

iv) otherwise fails to comply with the Contest Rules

then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select by random draw from among all remaining eligible entries an alternate winning contestant (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential prize winner). Notwithstanding any other provision of these Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine how the presentation of a prize will occur and this may be either in a media event, by mail or in person.

9. Conduct: By participating in a Contest, each contestant agrees to be bound by the Contest Rules. Contestants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) acting in violation of these Contest Rules; or (c) acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party, or like entry methods will void all such entries, and any contestant using any such method will be disqualified.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, CONTESTANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR AND EACH OF THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED. WINNERS AGREE TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE “AS IS”, AND CONTESTANTS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR HAS NEITHER MADE NOR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE, INCLUDING EXPRESS WARRANTIES (IF ANY) PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY BY A PRIZE SUPPLIER THAT ARE SENT ALONG WITH THE PRIZE.

11. Privacy/Use of Personal Information: By participating in the Contest, each contestant: (i) grants to the Sponsor the right to use his/her personal information provided when he/she enters the Contest for the purpose of operating and administering the Contest, including but not limited to, contacting and announcing the winners and coordinating the provision of the Contest prize; (ii) grants to the Sponsor the right to use his/her Personal Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Contest in any and all media without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that the Sponsor may disclose his/her Personal Information to third-party agents and service providers of the Sponsor in connection with any of the activities listed in (i) and/or (ii) above.

LendDirectwill use the contestant’s Personal Information only for identified purposes, and protect the contestant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with LendDirect’s Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://www.lenddirect.ca/privacy-policy/

12. Winners List or Rules Requests: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: LendDirect, Attention Marketing, 4-2880 Queen StreetEast, Suite #316 Brampton, ON (Please list either Winner’s List or Rules Requests). Requests must be received by close of business August 31, 2026.

13. Law: These are the official Contest Rules. The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor and/or the Contest. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest Rules orthe rights and obligations as between the contestant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province where the applicable LendDirect branch is located, including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.

14. Termination: LendDirect reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend a Contest, and/or the ContestRules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
